Meglatugattunk Elyse-t a kempingezesbol hazafele. Mivel o vigyazott a gyerekekre 6 even keresztul, jo volt ujbol latni. Alex is orult a Chandler-el valo talalkozasnak.

On our way home from camping, we visited Elyse. It was nice to see them again, she was our babysitter for 6 years. Alex was very happy to see Chandler too.








Ez a Niki uj horcsoge, ami sajnos csak 1 hetig birta. :( Pedig nagyon aranyos volt.

This is Niki's new hamster. He was really cute, but only made it in our house for 1 week, unfortunately. :(

Aug 15, 2008 - Bissel's Hidaway Camping

Ezen a hetvegen a Bissel's Hidaway nevu kempingbe mentunk. Tavaly voltunk mar itt, nagyon jo medence van. Daddy elorement az Alexal es a Nikivel, mivel o nem dolgozott, en pedig a Daniellaval mentem utanuk a masik kocsival munka utan. Mikor odaertem 8:30 korul este, ilyen gyonyoru volt az eg.


This weekend we went to Bissel's Hidaway to camp. Daddy left early in the morning with Alex and Niki as he didn't work on Friday and I drove with Daniella after work. This is what the sky looked around 8:30 when we arrived.

Niki utolso foci edzese. Mar az elejen rakezdett esni az eso. Nem torlik el a jatekot, csak ha villamlik, igy a bemelegites alatt az edzo probalta a csapat lanyt hozzaszoktatni a sarhoz. Kicsit szaladgaltak, majd mondta nekik, hogy menjenek es fetrengjenek a sarban. Volt olyan lany akinek ez nagyon tetszett, de paran igazi lanyok voltak, es nagyon ovatosan fekudtek le, es probaltak a sarat elkerulni.


Niki's last soccer game of the summer. It started raining right away as soon as we got there. Her coach tried to get the team of girly girls to get used to the mud, so they're not afraid during the game. During warm up, every so often she made them drop on the ground and roll around. Funny, how some girls found it fun and happily complied, while others (including Niki) tried to find the cleansest spot and looked really uncomfortable.

Aug 11, 2008 Baseball Championship

Az Alex csapatja egesz nyaron veszitett, es az utolso helyen voltak a Championship het elott. Ezen a heten, egesz heten volt jatek, es aki nyert mindig tovabbjutott. Valahogy, az Alex csapata aki mindig veszitett eddig, ezen a heten mindig nyert es a vegen a 8 csapat kozul megnyertek a Championship-et. Volt nagy orom. Ilyen meg allitolag nem volt, hogy az utolso csapat nyerjen.
Alex azt mondta jovore is baseball-t akar jatszani.



Alex had baseball championship week the past week. His team was loosing most of the games all season and were at the last place going into the championship week. Somehow they kept winning against all the other "better" teams and ended up winning the whole Championship. This is apparently the first time a team that started at the last place won the Championship. Everyone on the team was so happy. It was a great group of kids. I'm glad Alex had as much fun as he had. He's definately playing again next year, he said.

Ezen a hetvegen a Sanyi es az en cegem is rendezett pikniket a Guelph-i tonal. A Sanyi cege szombaton, az enyem vasarnap. Sajnos olyan hideg volt es esett az eso mindket nap, hogy nem igazan lehetett elvezni. Szombaton voltak kb. 10-en, vasarnap Kati vitte a Nikit, mert en az Alexal es a Daniellaval baseball meccsen voltunk egesz nap (errol majd egy masik postban irok meg). Daniella nem nagyon meresz mikor hintazni kell, nem olyan mint a Dalma, erre nagynehezen felult, de itt is latszik, hogy takarja az arcat. Mikor szegyenlos mindig ezt csinalja.

This weekend was the company picnic for both Daddy and my work at Guelph lake. Daddy's on Saturday, mine on Sunday. Unfortunately this was the coldest, rainiest weekend all summer. On Saturday, there were maybe 10 families when we went to the island. Sunday, Kathy took Niki, as I sat thru baseball games all day (more about that in another post).
Daniella doesn't like rides too much, but she did go on this one. The way she covers her face is what she does every time she gets shy, mostly if a stranger talkes to her.
