Ma is szep ido volt, igy kinn maradtunk jatszani mikor hazaertunk, mielott vacsorat foztunk es hazifeladatot csinaltunk.

Another nice day. We stayed outside to play after we got home, before heading in to cook dinner and do homework.

04.29.2007 Vasarnap

Delutan kimentunk a Riverside Parkba. Nagyon szep napos ido volt, 20 fok. Azert volt egy elvarazsolt csalad, akik furodtem a koszos, hideg folyoba ami ott folyik. Alexek jot jatszottak, meg az Elrich-el is osszetalalkoztunk.

It was such a nice sunny day, with temperatures up to 20 degrees. We spent some of the afternoon at Riverside Park. The kids run around, and played, we even met Elrich and Christopher. There were some crazy people at the park, who went swimming in the cold and dirty river.

04.28.2007 Szombat

Nekem be kellett menni dolgozni delelott, delutan Alexot vittuk el az egyik osztalytarsanak, Jessicanak a szulinapi bulijaba. Nem tudom magyarul minek hivjak, de egy teremben falat masztak. Kozben harman lanyok elmentunk es a Niki vett maganak egy Webkinz-t. Ez egy kiskutya amivel jon egy kod es az interneten is lehet jatszani vele. A szulinapi penzebel vette. Este pedig megneztuk az "Ejszaka a Muzeumban" cimu filmet (persze magyarul lehet, hogy nem ez a cime).

I had to go to work Saturday morning, then in the afternoon I took Alex to Jessica's birthday party, at the indoor rockclimbing gym. While he was there, the three girls went shopping, and Niki bought herself a Webkinz golden retriever. She bought it from her leftover birthday money.
In the evening we watched "Night at the museum".

04.26.2007 Csutortok

Ma esett az eso, ami jo mert tegnap mutragyaztam a fuvet a haz korul. Delutan Alex es Niki uszni mentek, en meg a Daniella pedig itthon maradtunk. Mostunk meg takaritottunk. Este az Alexek jatszottak a Club Penguin website-on, ami az uj kedvenc most.

It rained today, and I was actually happy it did as I fertilized the lawn last night. Alex and Niki had swimming lessons today, while I stayed home with Daniella and did laundry and cleaned the house a bit. After supper, Alex and Niki played on the computer a bit on Club Penguin.

Daddy-nek be kellett mennie dolgozni koran, mi pedig vacsora utan biciklire pattanunk es elmentunk egy jatszoterre. Daniella nagyon buszke volt magara, mert elengedett kezzel tudott menni a csuszdan. Niki keresztul ment a maszokan logva, Alex pedig elsokent ment fel, leszallas nelkul a biciklivel egy emelkedos utcan.

Daddy had to work early today, so after dinner we got on our bikes and went to a park. Daniella enjoyed going down a little slide by herself without holding on. Niki went all the way on the monkey bars. Alex was the fastest going up on a big hill and not getting off his bike on the way home.

Tegnap este vettunk dinnyet, hatha azt eszi. Izlett is nagyon.

We tried giving her watermelons last night, and she loved it!

Daniella ma is itthon maradt, nem vittuk bolcsibe, mivel meg mindig hasmenese van. Nem is csoda, mivel nem sok szilard etelt evett az elmult 5 napban. Igy Daddy ebren maradt vele delelott, en meg csak 4 orat dolgoztam es hazajottem 11-kor. Nem banom, olyan szepen sut a nap.
Feltoltok egy par kepet ami meg vasarnap meg tegnap keszult. Vasarnap olyan jo ido volt, hogy jott a fagyis auto, es persze venni kellett fagyit. Mivel Daniella beteg volt, neki nem vettunk, de mikor az en fagyimat elkerte, szivesen adtam, orultem, hogy eszik valamit. Gyakorolt, hogy tudja hogy kell fagyit enni mire megyunk Magyarorszagra.

We had to keep Daniella home again today, because she still had hershey squirts and they won't allow her in daycare. She hasn't had much solid food for 5 days now, so we're hoping that she will soon have normal poops now that she's eating more. Daddy stayed up in the morning with her, and I left work at 11am. It's such a beautiful, sunny day, I didn't mind coming home early at all.
The picture above was taken on Sunday. It's the first time this year that the ice cream truck came by, and since we were outside we just had to have some cones. Daniella quickly demanded my cone, and I didn't mind at all, was happy she wanted to eat anything. She had to practice how to eat a cone as when we're in Hungary, every evening we go for ice cream.

Ma mar sokkal jobban van a pici lany. Delelott az apja meg elvitte a gyerekorvoshoz, hogy biztos minden rendben van-e, mert tovabbra sem akart enni, de delutan mar evett, ivott es jokat nevetett mikozben jatszott.

Daddy took her to the pediatrician this morning, because we worried about dehydration, but she was fine. She started eating more and drinking this afternoon, and even had a few laughs while playing. She's definately showing signs of improving.

Vasarnap meg mindig nagyon gyenge volt Daniella, mivel nem akar inni, igy egy gyogyszer-adagolo injekcios tuvel nyomtunk a szajaba Gatoradot (sportoloknak keszult ital, amiben electrolyte van). Evett egy par ropit, de semmi mast egesz nap. Azert mikor jobban volt, kimentunk a friss levegore, ahol orommel jatszott. Sajnos este lefekves elott megint hanyt. Laza nincs mar, ami jo jel.

A pentek estet a korhazban toltottuk. Daniella laza pentek reggelre 40 fokig felment. Delelott meg levitte a lazcsillapito, de delutan hiaba adtunk 2 kulonbozo gyogyszert is a lazara, 38 ala nem ment le. Egesz nap csak fekudt, alig tudta a szemet nyitva tartani, nem evett, nem nagyon ivott, igy este 7 korul ugy dontottem beviszem az ambulanciara megnezetni. Amikor odaertunk a nover 1/2 oran keresztul csak kerdezoskodott. Megmertek a sulyat, 12 kg volt, es a nover kerdezte, hogy fogyott-e? Persze nekem fogalmam sem volt mikor lett utoljara merve, es hogy mennyi volt akkor a sulya. A 18 honapos doki vizsgalatra Sanyi vitte. Mivel a nover surgosre jelolte be, igy csak egy par percet vartunk a varoban, utana bementunk. Bennt vartunk kb 15 percet mire a dr. jott (szemrevalo fiatal orvos bacsi volt). Miutan korbevizsgalta, bejelentette, hogy torokgyulladasa is van a hanyas/hasmenes mellett. Pesze ez megmagyarazza a lazat es a letargiat. Raragasztottak szegeny Daniellara egy pisi-gyujto zacskot, es otthagyott, hogy probaljam itatni, ha a kovetkezo par oran belul nem sikerul itatni, akkor lehet, hogy mas uton kell folyadekot belejuttatni.
Legkozelebb 11-kor jott a nover, megnezni, hogy pisilt-e mar. Miutan jobban megvizsgaltuk a zacsit, nem pisi, hanem eleg hig kaka volt benne. Erre raragasztott egy masik zacsit, es elment az orvosert. A dr. mikor visszajott adott egy antibiotikumra szolo venyt es hazaengedett, azzal a feltetellel, hogy eroltetni fogjuk a folyadekot bele, mivel a kiszaradas hataran van. Bar a szemebol folyo nagy konnycseppeket jo jelnek fogta fel.
Hazafele megalltunk a gyogyszertarban, majd ejfelre haza is ertunk. Ma mar kicsit jobban van, evett, ivott most alszik.

We spent Friday night at the Emergency. Daniella's fever was as high as 103 during most of Friday, and even after trying alternating Motrin and Tylenol we couldn't get it down. She was very lethargic by Friday afternoon, and wasn't eating or drinking much. I decided to take her to the hospital a little after 7pm. We were assessed by the nurse and marked "urgent" mostly because of her age and being so lethargic. Was seen by a very handsome young dr. at around 8:30pm, who discovered that the poor ducky had streph throat. He was concerned about her being borderline dehydrated, so wanted to see if she would drink and pee in the next few hours. Daniella wanted nothing to do with Pedialyte nor the popsicle the handsome dr. gave her. She just wanted to sleep. I tried squirting some fluid into her mouth every so often, but she got real upset over it. The nurse came back at 11, and she didn't pee yet, so she called the dr. He said we could go home, just have to find a way to force more fluid in her, and gave us a prescription for antibiotics. We stopped at Shopper's on our way home and were home by 12am. She seems a little better this morning, ate and drank some and is napping now.

Daniella tegnap ejjel 1/2 4-kor azzal keltett, hogy ossze hanyta a kisagyat. Utana egesz nap hanyt, meg delutan is. Ennyire beteg nem volt meg. Delutan kivittem a friss levegore egy kicsit, utana aludt egy jot es mikor felkelt kert inni meg kert banant. Most este 9 van, es fekszik a TV elott, es enyhe laza is van. Mindjart megyunk egyutt lefekudni, ma velem alszik. Remelem holnapra jobban lesz.

We woke up last night at 3:30am for Daniella vomiting in her crib. She was sick all day, I 've never seen her this sick before. We went for a walk in the afternoon, and she had a good sleep on the fresh air outside. When we got home, she seemed better. She asked for water, then she wanted some cereal and banana. But by 8pm she looked really sick again. She is so weak, and even had a bit of a fever.

Lehet, hogy tul nagyok a kepek amiket fel probalok tolteni, igy most ezt lekicsinyitettem. Ez ma keszult a furdoszobaban. Eleg vicces fenykepezni oket, Alex probal komoly lenni, Niki mindig pozolni akar, Daniella meg ha tudja, hogy fenykepezik, akkor mindig eroltetetten mosolyog. Eleg nehez osszehozni, hogy mind a harman a kameraba nezzenek. Maybe my pics are too big, so I'll try to upload this after resizing it. I took this today in the bathroom. It's funny how Alex is trying to look really serious on all the pictures now, Niki wants to pose and Daniella makes this fake smile for the camera. I find it hard to get all three to look at the camera at the same time.

Itt a hatso udvarrol keszult kepnek kene megjelennie, de valamiert nincs itt. Sot a tegnap feltett kepek sem jelennek meg. Vagy mar nagyon almos vagyok es azert nem latom oket.

I should have a picture of my back garden here, but for whatever reason it isn't showing up. I'm not sure why, but even the pictures I uploaded yesterday, aren't here today. Or I'm so tired I just can't see them.

Ujra megprobalok egy blog-ot. Nem hiszem, hogy lesz idom rendszeresen fenntartani, de majd meglatjuk.
Itt egy kep a husveti tojas keresesrol. 48 tojast kellett megtalalni, es kb. 1/2 ora alatt sikerult is.

I'll give this blogging thing another try. I don't think I'll have much time keeping it updated, but we'll see.
