Feb 20, 2009 - Storm Hockey Game

Ingyen jegyet kaptam a munkahelyemen egy hoki meccsre. A cegnek van kulon "szobaja", ahova 12-en kaptunk jegyet az en cegemtol. Itt pincer szolgal ki, van egy kis konyha, TV, fotel, barpult. Nagyon jol lehetett latni innen. Eletem elso hokimeccse volt, nem volt rossz.


I got some tickets from work to the Storm game. They gave away 12 tickets to the Linamar suite. It was my first hockey game, and I actually enjoyed it. I guess the good view and seats made it that much better.

Hanna 10 naposan. Mindenk jol megfogdosta. Niki kicsit felt eloszor, hogy le fogja ejteni. Alex nagyon ugyesen fogta.

Hanna 10 days old. Everyone wanted to hold her. Niki was a little afraid at first, was worried she would drop her. Alex was so gentle.

Ma ment a Mama haza. Szerencsere hazafele esemenymentesebb volt az ut mint idefele.

Mama left today, her flight home was uneventful. Not like the way here.

December 27, 2008 - Operation "Ogie"

Ma megoperaltuk "ogie"-t. Mikor a Niki kicsi volt, mindig ezzel aludt. Majd mikor olyan 3-4 eves volt elkezdte ragni korbe a szeleit. Mar annyira szet volt ragva, hogy mosni sem lehetett, feltette, hogy szetmennyen. Most volt idom, igy nekialltunk a mutetnek. Korbevagtuk es szegtuk. Es mint az utolso kepen is latszik, sikeres volt a mutet.


Niki's blanket "ogie" had to have an operation today. She got the blanket when she was born, and when she was around 3-4 years old, she started chewing the edges all around. It got so bad, that I wasn't allowed to wash it as she was afraid that it will fall apart. So finally she decided she was embarassed by it when her friends are over, and it had to be fixed. I was a little anxious that if it doesn't turn out the way she imagined it would there will be lots of tears, but as you can see on the last picture, she was all happy to get it back smelling nice and hemmed all around.
